This was me and my husband's first time using The Big Blue Moving Company and boy we are so glad we chose this fine establishment. Not only was the moving cost (no hidden fees mind you) the lowest rate we've found, but the customer service was breathtaking which is worth the price. When calling to set up our service, Levi (extremely experienced) was so nice to me and made the set up easy with no added stress on our part. He answered all of my questions and even gave me a time frame that it would take for his men to complete the job and a set estimate so I knew what to expect at the end of my service. On the day of our move I received a couple of courtesy phone calls from one of the movers names Blake L. letting us know they were on there way to our residence which we really appreciated. Blake L. and Tanner W. were our movers. When these two young men showed up at our door (on time) they had big smiles on there faces. These two young men were so pleasant to be around and our conversation was so tasteful...they made us laugh and we really needed it. They were not miserable and had good attitudes even though they were working really hard. All of our items were wrapped for our protection by them (included in the service) and nothing got damaged. Blake and Tanner handled our items as if it was there own. It makes me so pleased to see these nice two young men working and making an honest living for themselves and their families which is rare in this generation. My husband and I don't plan on moving anytime soon but when we do I have the best moving company to turn to to get the job done right! MAY GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS, HONESTY AND HARD WORK.
